At MobiFix.online, we strive to provide the best assistance for your mobile plans and Wi-Fi services. This policy outlines the conditions under which services can be cancelled and the terms governing refunds.
1. Plan Cancellation (New Activations)
If you have requested a new mobile plan through MobiFix.online:
- Before Activation: You may cancel your request at any time before the service is officially activated without any penalty.
- After Activation: Once a mobile plan or Wi-Fi service is activated and the SIM/Device is in use, cancellations must be processed according to the carrier's standard service agreement.
2. Service Fee Refunds
MobiFix.online provides consultation and assistance services.
If we charge a specific professional service fee for our assistance, it is refundable only if the cancellation request is received before the activation process has started.
Once the consultation is completed and the plan is submitted for activation, the service fee is non-refundable.
3. Equipment and Hardware Returns
For Wi-Fi routers or mobile devices provided as part of a plan:
- Users must follow the carrier's official return policy (typically 14–30 days depending on the device).
- Devices must be returned in their original packaging and in "like-new" condition.
- Restocking fees may apply as per the carrier's official terms.
4. Special Discounts and Promotions
If you received a "MobiFix Special Discount," this discount may be forfeited if the plan is cancelled within the first 30 days of service.
Discounts applied to the first month's bill are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. How to Initiate a Cancellation
To cancel a request made through MobiFix.online, you must:
- Contact our support team immediately at (888) 476-5804.
- Provide your Order/Reference ID and the phone number associated with the plan.
- Send a written cancellation request to info@MobiFix.com.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved for any service fee charged by MobiFix.online:
- The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
- It may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
7. Changes to Monthly Plans
If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your plan instead of cancelling, MobiFix.online will assist you in making these changes without any additional service charges, subject to plan availability.
